- Take chicken wings
- Get franks buffalo hot sauce
- Prepare lemon juice
- Provide chicken marinade
Instructions to make Kickin Hot wings:
- Marinade everything together, (use only half of the bottle of franks hot sauce and also use the tray you are going to cook in to marinade the chicken). Marinade it 2 hours before, or overnight to get a much better flavour. I chose not to add salt because both the hot suace and chicken marinade have salt in them.
- Preheat the oven to 180c.
- Transfer the dish to the preheated oven. Cook for 45-60 minutes. Turn the chicken half way through the cooking time.
