The ingredients needed to prepare EZ Hot Wings:
  1. Use Chicken wings (jointed)
  2. Take Salt
  3. Take Baking powder
  4. Provide Franks hot sauce (or similar)
  5. Provide Butter
Instructions to make EZ Hot Wings:
  1. Toss the chicken wings with the salt and baking powder & refrigerate on a roasting tray over night
  2. Roast in oven @ 220°F Celsius for aprox 30min (or until golden brown) turning half way through
  3. Melt the butter over a medium heat in a frying pan & slowly stir in the hot sauce
  4. Add the wings and toss until thoroughly coated
