  5. Provide 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  6. Use 1/2 tsp liquid smoke. i prefer wrights
  7. Take 1 cup favorite bbq sauce. for in it and on top.

  3. Cover tightly and roast at 275 for 6 to 8 hours. No peeking!
